Getting to know me
After many years of practicing, managing and leading product, research and design within agencies and organizations, I realized that creating successful teams also means finding better ways to GROW your existing teams’ IMPACT across the organization’s they serve.
So for the last 10 years, I’ve worked with start-ups to global enterprises helping them improve and scale their product, research and design teams, deliver better digital organizational design, shape and design their digital delivery models, and discover how they can positively impact the way their organizations deliver products and services.
In a cost-conscious market, the answer can't always be to add more people. Sometimes, you have to find ways to deliver more successfully with the teams you’ve got.

How I work
A practitioner, manager and leader with over 25 years experience in digital product, research and design who evolved into consulting for organizations.
As a consultant, I help companies understand how to GROW the IMPACT of the types of teams I have been a practitioner in, managed, led or worked closely with... so I get it.
A mix of partner, practitioner, mentor, coach and consultant, I work closely with client teams, in a hands-on way, to help them understand their underlying problems and then work with them to craft ways of working that help them DO and DELIVER their work more successfully.
In terms of my advisory work*, I often partner with a leader (or leaders) in an organization and act as a kind of “sparring partner” helping them to evolve their thinking more rapidly, providing the kind of challenge that helps them to create stronger, healthier practices.
I also create workshop-style courses (in-person or remote) to help teams understand their connection to the rest of the business, develop stronger relationships, and clarify the value they both offer and expect, which can help them create a larger IMPACT across their organizations.
